MEET THE TEAM
With employee resignations throughout the country at an all-time high, most employers struggle to find, and retain, their employee base.
Not so with All American Yards, as evidenced by the average of 23 years of employment per employee in the Company's Management and Team Leads' groups. These employees have loyally dedicated themselves throughout the years to the long-standing success of the Company.
Thirty-Nine Years - Sterling Smith - Founder and COB/CEO of All American Yards, Inc., Sterling believes in constantly providing the customer with the services that have enticed All American Yards' customers to continually come back!

Eleven Years - Zach Smith - Son to Sterling Smith, Zach has been with All American Yards since 2012, learning the business from the ground up. Starting with a push mower, Zach is now President of the Company.
​
Twenty-Five Years - Dane Weber - With the Company for over 25 years, Dane is the primary landscape architect/designer. Whether a commercial or residential property, Dane diligently listens to customers' wants and needs and works closely with them to transform their requirements into a perfect product, every time.

Thirty-Nine Years - Ed. G. - With All American Yards from the outset, Ed is All American's lead mower and known for his meticulous end-product!
​
Thirty and Twenty Years, respectively - Mauro A. and Pepe P. - While Mauro has worked for All American Yards for over 30 years, Pepe P. has over 20 years with the Company. As the lead sprinkler systems tech team, they ensure that the customers' landscape watering systems are always fully functional and state of the art.

Twenty-Five Years - Gerardo G. - After 25 years, Gerardo is now the All American Yards lead on residential landscape projects.
​
Twenty-Two Years - Hallie - As Office Manager of the Company for over 20 years, Hallie is a great communicator with sound judgment and patience. Hallie efficiently, and successfully, supports the workers and staff in carrying out their duties, with a smile, every time!
Twenty Years - Jorge G. - After 20+ years with All American Yards, Jorge (or "George", as he likes to be called) specializes in residential landscaping and is All American's in-house mechanic. Over the years, George has ensured that the All American trucks, mowers, and other equipment are tuned and ready to go, every time.

Twenty Years - Marcelo M. - Starting as a mower over 20 years ago, Marcelo is now lead for commercial landscaping.
Fifteen Years, each - Jorge V. and Javier C. - Specializing in sprinkler systems, as well as hardscapes, such as patios, fire pits, and walkways, Jorge and Javier have been with All American Yards for over 15 years, a piece.
